Sorry, most of the time 2 people out of 200+ reporting that something doesn't work means it's something with their setup.
This one should now work even alongside the player Dancer's Outfit.

BTW, same results after a try. Maybe I can run back through peragus station without your outfits mod and see if it works.

Hmm, is it a conflict with your dancer outfits mod? I wonder if the two are conflicting, as they are separate. The way Steam does the mods is quite likely to cause conflicts.

It's been a long time since I didn't use TSRCM (shouldn't conflict in any way, though), I don't use M4-78, but I that's not related.
Player outfit mod shouldn't conflict either.

Wish I could help, but again, I can't track things down with "it doesn't work".

Perhaps the TSLRCM and M4-78 mod packs were the trouble, they do modify a lot of different things.

I had the same problem, it downloaded, but didn't apply the textures/meshes, or whatever they use in the game. Unfortunately, I don't have any data about it, as it simply didn't work at all. I'll try it again, and see if maybe the download didn't work. It'll take a bit to find out though, going through peragus after a reinstall is a pain, ugh. Is there any chance there is a conflict with your dancer outfit mod for players? That's the only possibility I can think of, and I'm certain it's slight.
