The flag of England seems forget to be changed.
After 1.35, England's flag is changed to [Gules, three lions passant regardant in pale or.]
The [Coat of Arms of England quartered with the Royal Standard of France] flag is used for Angevin now.

I would assume the CTD on loading issue is related to the game picking one of the loading screens recently added by Paradox that doesn't have the AU analogue, or a specific loading screen is somehow incompatible with the game (dimensions, size or something else).

The Holy Roman Empire tab background doesn't show up. It's just gone and I had only this mod active. No I don't have the domination DLC :)
