what's saying error? I'm not really understanding what problem you're having.

sounds like you're working with a roleplay framework and you didn't set the model class. If you're using helix, check out the helix docs page for "ix.anim.SetModelClass". The animations on the models are fine, and the boot squeaking noises aren't a part of the animations by default, those are added in programatically, typically in the PlayerFootstep hook.

The models don't seem to have the proper metropolice animation sets. Jackboot sounds don't play when running and the models tpose whenever a primary is drawn

No, the original is still a ragdoll, it just replaces the default Half-Life 2 models/police.mdl model.

There must be some kind of confliction, but I'm not sure what it would be with. If you play a lot of HL2RP, it could be that another server's content pack repackaged the addon. The model's path is models/police_nemez.mdl, so any addons that use that would be a confliction.

It's a modified Half-Life Alyx metrocop with a bunch of bodygroups and skins. It has the metrocop animations, so it's really only usable for making NPCs or for roleplay.
