You can tell be the mod number in the error "2230451945"

ok so i looked into it seems your using a broken faction pack mod called "Brankors ship & station faction pack (0.2)" get rid of that and you'll be fine

did you get the overhaul mod requirment as well?

Not sure if its SDK's overhaul or this one, but just tried a new server with this pack added and getting an error:
