Expansion suggestion: Dunwich Horror, Innsmouth Horror, Curse of the Dark Pharoah, Lurker at the Threshold, and Miskatonic is essential.
Adaptations for multiple expansion games I suggest:
1. Keep the expansions cards separate from the core game cards, and shuffle all the cards from expansions together, but not the core game cards.
2. When drawing a skill, item, spell, unique, etc. The investigator draws one card from the core and one card from the expansion and decides which they like best. The card not taken is put in its respective discard for core or expansion.
3. For mythos, gates, and other such events, alternate drawing from the core deck and the expansion deck. Could try 1 core 2 expansion, or 1 core 3 expansion.
You can get them from the Deutsch version. They are in the purple bag labeled Fertigkeitenanzeiger. You will then right-click the entire bag and click Save Object.

You can also click Save Object for the dice in the link in this mods Description for the AH3 dice. You want to Save Object for the entire dice bag for each bag: blessed, normal, and cursed dice.
Some simple instructions like this for anything else that isn't automatically provided would help.

1: cards are shuffled into the other expansions bags in order to help setup play with various expansions
2: using the "group" function will resize automatically two decks of cards
2. Location cards from expansions are the wrong size. This sounds minor, but it means you have to manually resize them to shuffle them into the location decks...and that's just too torturous if you're using lots of expansions.
And is there a option to automatically place all the expansion stuff or do you really have to put everything manually at its place?
I guess you could add some scripts or other stuff if you want, as long as it each different stuff keeps organized the way I did for people who don't want to use mods or certain expansions.
