Here's why these glasses are bad and good at the same time, it's bad because as said in a past comment, it's kinda like 'Dargeresque, Too?' (I forgot VALVe liked Homestar Runner) but plain worst and for Spys, and it's good because IT'S SLAT-SHADES MADE OUT OF CIGS! The only way it could be better was if the cigs would light when the spy catches on fire.

Imagine "Dangeresque, Too?", but even more hideous. That's this cosmetic.
The cosmetic's creator is almost named hideous too, what a coincidence.
