I agree with masked185, no changes to Serana.

Ran this mod by itself and ensured it was ennabled but no changes at all to Serana. Guessing it's broken since author isn't supporting anymore.

I have no facial mods - just some armor and marriagable going. It all seems to work fine together.

Some explanations:

1. This mod is incompatible with any other mod that alters her face, since only one mod of this type can be used at any given time (this is called a 'replacer mod'). If you don't have any mod that installed, she'll look like in the pictures.
2. The mod doesn't need to be at the top of your mod list, but that is the case if you have a mod that changes something on her that is not her facial appearance.
3. The trap-trigging is most likely to the info above, in this case, put the mod on the lowest point of your modlist and try again.

Couple of questions. First, your description says this is incompatible with any other face mod. Other than what? The one you're using in the pictures above? I want to have her original face (the mods all seem to push her toward a very young, almost anime look) so that will work, right?
Does this have to be at the top of the mod list? I got this while cruising through a ruin at a point where she kept triggering a trap. It didn't hurt me but I suppose it could have. Anyway, after subscribing to this she Still triggers the dang trap. So, am I missing something? Should I try it at the top of the list? I will and then report back but so far, well it's not doing much.

Are you running any other mods to make her look exactly the same as your pictures? Or is that literally just your mod alone?

Can somebody help me, I dont know why, but the mod doesnt seem to work for me. like I sub it right, then load through skyrim launcher, play the game on the skse ver. But when I get in the game, the face on Serara is her original face, and not Ann, pls help. I did unsub several times.

so dose this mod replace Ann a follower mod and pu her in her place or are both still their? if you have both?

my serana doesnt seem to have the same face. ive gotten rid of any other npc altering data and tried reorganizing some files. :P any idea what i can do if i start from scratch?

Not bad. I'll be sure to use this on next playthrough. Funny the only Serana replacers I like seem to be the obscure ones that arent over the top.

I 100% agree with Gui :D #ps4 because having good looking characters is good :D ( Plus They Look Hotter ) :P

@mycastlecellar The criticism is valid, however there're a lot of people that want good-looking characters, and the Nexus is free to register and free to download mods from there (heck, I never posted on their forums) and takes, what, 20 minutes to download these mods on a decent 1Mb+ connection to make all characters look good.

As I said about the Linda character; too many down loads to get this character into the game.

This mod does, yeah. Replaces only her face and gives her Light Foot perk, nothing more.

are you saying ann replaces Serana?(FYI i started the Dg missons, found Serana and became a Vampire Lord). i guss im still trying to figur out what this mod replaces.

Ann is my other mod, this one replaces Serana from Dawnguard, you can find her when you start the Dawnguard questline.

Wow, this is the first mod that I have ever downloaded that changes a NPC's appearance (not including clothes)... And this will most likely stay being the only one.
