Is this mod getting updates? How come SPQR, Brutii and Scipii start out with being able to recruit legionaries but the Julii don't?

This mod is a great callback to Rome 1, but when the AI controls them they are nigh on useless...

This is amazing. But the wives dying off like flies really does break the deal for me. Otherwise I probably wouldn't play without it. Good work though! I hope you manage to figure out the wife-issue.

Apparently this was an issue with the original mod as well, so it's not just you who haven't managed to figure it out. Maybe it can't be fixed, who knows? It's an issue though.

It is build on Augustus Campaign, but I heard from other people, that it is also working without. Just try it and give me feedback, maybe I can manage it to work, if this version causes an issue :)

Is this mod only working with the augustus campaign or can it also work with the grand campaign?

Great mod one of my favorites. I have one small issue though. would anyone know how to get it so that the 4 roman teams all start out as just kinda friends though? like if all 4 were just defensive allies or if the SPQR team had the other three subjugated and they weren't happy about it very similar to the Seleucid start.? the latter option would be the better of the two. If anyone has another idea I'd love to hear it! I just I find SPQR owning all the other three teams not to be as fun as i would be if there was atleast a decent size chance that one if not all the roman teams go there separate ways. I've done a few play throughs and the romans always stay loyal to SPQR and no only are they always OP its just not realistic and breaks immersion for me.

agreed, i would love to play these factions in Custom battles ( I can see the Scipii and Brutii in one of the smaller campaign options, but no SPQR or Julii ) the Julii are the only ones who appear in the grand campaign custom battle. ( am i doing something wrong? )

Would like to see added victory conditions to the other roman factions if possible ;)

I was wondering if i could use this startpos as a base for my mod this would save me a tone of time since it will include some sort of senate system

There's a real problem here of your wife dying way too soon. The game says its of natural causes but they're dying in their mid 20s. Is this a quick work around?

It is working and it is up to date. What mods do you have activated? Maybe one of them causes the crash :)

It might be unfeasible, but this would be so much better on the Imperator Augustus map, because then you would be able to keep Syracuse, and make Sicily be even more like Rome 1.

I was wondering if it would be possible to make one of these for Carthage. I think there is one for Carthage, but it's not compatible with this. I have another question are any of the unit skin mods compatible with this, Thanks.

It would be really nice if you could put this mod on the imperator Augustus Campaign map so we can get more settlements just a suggestion anyway glad to have this mod back i thank you for that :)
