t says I have to subscribe to download but it's not letting me subscribe. Is there a different screen to use?

Never mind, found an alternative solution: Changing the resolution.

I found a small problem with this ideology: Under the little drugs branch, I can't seem to click the final policy. It's stuck behind the bottom left portion of the HUD where it's just big enough to block it off. I can't even see what the symbol for this policy is.
