I'll probably get around to it. I haven't looked through the Legion/3AS mods recently and last I checked they didn't have many options for waist-level terminals. If you have specific terminals in mind, you can place the composition without SWOP loaded (the terminals will just not spawn) then place whichever ones you want.
Once you place the comp, you must have EVERY object selected if you want to move it. Everything will be selected when you first place it, so you can click and drag the full comp. Just be aware that moving that many objects is intense, so it will be slow and jerky when you try to move it around. I recommend placing it more-or-less where you want it, then changing its altitude and rotation with the corresponding widgets.
