Update : if you press the Tab key, you can see the label (name) of the server you are currently connected to.
If it is a local server, the host's nickname is displayed.
Please check the 7th image.

Default crosshair with cl_crosshair_dynamic 0 into developer console as well as color blind mode on crosshair being activated in multiplayer settings.
