Amazing, did you know, Groningen and Rotterdam also had trolleybuses? Rotterdam only had some trail runs before the Germans blew the Maastunnel in WW2

yup the netherlands city arnhem has lots o trollybussen
to be precise just befor the WW2 nijmegen had them aswhell but becausse of a stupid german advisor nijmegen didnt have it anymore i have seen in my youth close to the radbout ziekenhuis on off those giant big poles in the ground for the cable wiring

Hello Jaguaro, I hate them:-( Also think a trolleybus is a better option because you don't need that much batteries which makes a bus very heavy (so it uses much more energy) and when a battery has to be replaced and demolished that's very bad for the environment. Also a trolleybus is a cheaper option once you have the electricalwires and has a longer life span. So I'm sorry to say I only focus on the trolleybus.

From a good source on the Transportfever forum I heard Seamon will convert his Hess trolleybuses from Transport fever 1 to transport fever 2 in December
