Idk, test it out. Shoot the smoker and hunter with incindiary ammo and see if they actually char. The missing content fix at the time included smoker and hunter vmts that wouldn't burn at all. Might have been updated to fix.

Yeah its conflicting with valve missing content fix 3 because of that issue. but i like these fixes tho

Ah, it is the valve missing content fix. For some reason that eons old addon includes l4d1 special vmts.

I just tested it and It does work. This is the vmt from the update folder https://i.imgur.com/kih5wbd.png
You must have a mod that overwrites it

It doesn't by default. This is after shooting the 6 missing fire rounds into the unmodded smoker: https://i.imgur.com/TGiEfXx.jpg The burn texture doesn't show up.

The burn proxie does work
