Can you make a small sufficient house like that? with streets please, be cause I'm imaginating it for sfm but I'm terrible in Hammer/Sledge Editor.

I haven't had much luck decompiling it, hammer crashes when I try to load the newly decompiled map. You're free to try it out yourself.

I can decompile the map with Map decompiler, it generates the file for hammer.
