This has spurred my consideration of restarting with less states and working up from there. As a one man mod team, this is a burden I carry alone. I am also kind of broke with school and my finances are not directed at purchasing HOI DLC, thereby I cannot work the new DLC content into my mod. Basically, until it is clear that paradox will not update HOI for a very long time, this game reaches its final version, or I graduate, I will not be working on this mod.

I hope this clears up any confusion and answers some questions. Thank you to everyone who enjoyed this mod and stayed with me through its development, and thank you to those who will stand by until I can return again in the future.

Starting from the ground up and working with a few states at a time might be what I have to do. Furthermore, it is required to time my mod updates with paradox as any changes they make to states will put the mod in a place where I have to re-code every previous change I made. This is something I can not do while in school and the reason I have stagnated development on this mod; anything I do is very likely to be null by the next paradox update. This is also why I have not updated this mod for so long. Through the dev diaries I could see paradox adding new states so if I did devote time to updating everything, by the time I finished the paradox update would be out and all that work would have been for nothing. 2/3

General Update/@adkane this mod has been out of date for a while and I don't plan to update it any time soon. I am very busy with university at the moment and my priorities are not currently HOI modding. Despite this, I would not say this mod is dead as I plan to update it when I have the time. The newest update added new states and essentially offset every state I made. The update for this mod needs a lot of work that I do not have time for right now. I may even make a new mod all together as I have learned a lot more about coding HOI i.e. focus trees, decisions, province editing, and can incorporate these new skills to fix some workarounds I used in this mod. 1/3

In that mod I am also considering redoing the the Monarchist German tree to make it less boring, and also adding a second Monarchist Hungary tree in case they want to simply restore their old borders rather than all of Austria-Hungary. After this new mod is done, or possibly as I'm coding parts of it, I may add things to BS3, but I also face the same issues as with "Not One Step Back". Once the new mod is finished I may do a poll or something to see if people prefer the new mod with its changes, but lack of all the states I've added, or BS3. If BS3 has higher popularity then I'll probably implement things from the new mod into it, but that may take some time. 2/2

General Update / @bruhvonbrus Possibly, I've actually started working on a new mod similar to this one it has most of the same state changes, as well as accurate provinces, and corrected focuses and decisions. I don't plan to upload it to the workshop for a while yet as it is still unfinished and I've still a lot of work to do on it, and I may have to recode some stuff in it as I've found better ways to implement things. That being said, it is planned as of now to have all the RKMs. I also probably will not upload it until after "Not One Step Back" comes out as that DLC will change many things in the Baltic and Russia which will probably break my mod so I want to wait until after I work out the kinks with that new update to release it. 1/2

Its not dead, I just have had a lot of stuff going on right now and have not been able to work on it that much. I am in the process of learning to mod other parts of Hoi and want to get those down before doing another big update. Also I get my Wisdom Teeth pulled tomorrow so I may be out for a little while.

I have some proposals, especially to add states for Latin America

acre and acre north

eastern misiones for brasil

Buenos Aires and more provinces for Argentina

arica and antofagasta for chile and that they have core for peru and bolivia respectively

separate the state of loreto from peru into north and south to recreate borders of greater colombia

separate the Sudetenland into North and South

add the free city of danzig, not as a free nation but at least as a state of poland

create a province in lithuania that surrounds the river that is near the border with germany like other state mods do

and that would be it, I hope you can do at least most of these states and if nothing happens xd don't leave this mod, it's pretty good

I think that you should revert the changes to northern Ireland or make Donegal its own state so ulster can be owned by the same country while not owning Connacht since there is significance to why the borders are that way though it's up to you as to if it is changed. Besides that nitpick quality mod and one of my favourites.

@mengele a go-go Possibly, I don't know if i can make that straight of a line with the in game provinces. Also sorry I haven't been that active with this mod as of late. I had a lot of stuff come up in my personal life that I had to deal with, and also got the flu. Now, I am having issues with my PC I am basically locked out of all Nvidia software. I can't update or delete my drivers or access any Nvidia program like GeForce or the Instastaller so I am currently working on getting these problems fixed.

I like the mod but it doesn't work with ''The Road to 56'' mod. Do anybudy now why and it would be nice if you could fix it. It's a very good mod, keep up the work.

Could we get a Limburg Province? It would be nice for a Greater Belgium/More states of the Greater German Reich to Consume ( Even though they never annexed it )

I like this mod but it doesn't really seem to work with the Bosporus DLC, ie Slovenia doesn't have all the cores it should etc.

i really want a Long Term Support (LTS) version, for people who make longer campagins with this mod. The LTS version would updated to the newest version of this mod every 1 and a half months.
