Hello! Im commenting on here to increase my chances of being scene by Jake!
I managed to get the crate to react to steves head!

@Token Add OverrideMaterials. Show in element viewer. Model. Materials. Add attribute. string. $basetexture. Turn your skin into vtf. Put it in materials folder. Paste file name in $basetexture. Skin.

Sadly this model doesn't have a spine in the rig and has a bunch of other issues with the eyes.
