@Gilded Age - You can set left and right corner priority using ModTools. The exact parameters you're looking for are here. https://cslmodding.info/asset/building/#zoning-mode

@220hertz - what is involved in making a building spawn corner only? I have some WIP assets I should probably do this for...

@SpiderPirate - I don't think many people set their buildings up to spawn corner only, so it ... might be taking priority as a growable. I'll see if I can't do a few more to give a bit of variety : }

I love the building, but it seems to spawn on every commercial corner for me.. so I've got one of these on every corner! haha!

@colart1 - I like the look of it - your Mac, I mean. It's got some traditional flavour mixed with some newer additions nearer the front doors. God, I need to get across the country one of these days. Furthest I've been is Pearson.

What a characterful old time theatre. Nice to see it is still trundling along in the 21st century. We also have a “Mac” in Victoria (BC), short for “MacPherson“ Theatre. Loved our visit to Charlottetown. Great little city. Cheers.
