No. One faction isn't enough for a CC and I don't have any ideas for another set of ships to make a second faction. I've offered them to people in the CC discord and Majyst is taking a few for his campaign. If anyone wants them I'll offer all my BPs so far for making a faction to help people finish off their CC.
