However, when I play it with others online, we usually just discard and redraw if we get one of those cards. But I'm willing to update with those cards maybe left in the box and out of play if that would work best?
I do like your suggestion with everybody rolling a die to determine who's scared/affected by the card though, that's a pretty good idea.
I figured we could make everyone roll a D20, and anyone who rolls a 7 or less is "scared". Or to just remove the cards from the game that aren't feasible online.
As I noticed with my Gate Cleaner expansion, the videos playing in 720p or higher can cause lag issues for the video playback.
I'm currently making 480p versions for each of my upscales and they should be uploaded by the end of the week! I'll give you the links once they're finished so you can use them!
I'll give you links to 480p versions in the future in case there's any problems with them playing in HD!
I have a YouTube channel where I've been uploading 4K upscaled versions of the tapes, and I've been working on a fan expansion you can play via TTS!
I'll see if I can take my upscales and make 480p versions in the future (if they're in full HD TTS can lag)!
Oh no! I'll look into it and see if there are any still available anywhere. I'm sorry about that. I'll post back here if I find any or not. Thank you for letting me know, I appreciate it.
I just uploaded the playtest version to the Workshop! You can find it here:

I've been working on a fan-made expansion to Nightmare called The Gate Cleaner since the start of this year, and wanted to run it through some playtests with others online.
Would you be okay with me making a custom version with my own Time and Fate Cards/link to the video in order to do so? You and the other uploaders will be given full credit of course as you're the ones who painstakingly went into detail recreating everything here.
There's no need to do anything on your part, as I've been learning Tabletop Simulator on my own to get the cards into the game.
Thanks in advance!
The layout, the placement, the quick, ease-of-access to navigate each expansion with just a click of a button helps out tremendously and makes set up a breeze.
The card shuffle tombstones are a lovely touch as well. Makes grabbing cards a lot easier when you're panicking while getting yelled at by The Gatekeeper! The lighting and the table design are very fitting for the eerie atmosphere the game puts you in. Very immersive and really sets the mood! Aesthetically pleasing to the eye, one might say.
Very fun game so long as you don't mind panicking a little bit!
