re: my last comment - i don't know if you guys are still working on this, but i did some tweaking and found out that the only issue was that none of the other characters were put into mor.lua. it's a super easy fix and if anyone is like me and really wants to play as the other characters, you just have to edit mor.lua to include them and then repackage the file :-) hope this helps anyone

orderly works great! but none of the other characters show up as player models :-(
