In future, please add single storey small shops, barber shops (as clinic), photo rooms (as cinema), coffeehouses (as shops) so we could place them inside the building ground floor. This will be revolution and great solution for those who want residential houses with shops inside them.

The vehicles should pass right through the buildings though I warn against it since there have been some isolated reports of the game crashing while doing that.

My experiments with creating a subway have not gone very well. The tracks refused to bury themselves so it just turned into a rehash of the Tram/Streetcar mod. On the plus side trains can climb up mountains really easy now.

I might make a roller coaster out of a glitched train. LOL

Yeah it is a game changer for sure. I discovered this mechanic a couple days ago while designing my off shore oil platform. Now that the cat is out of the bag there will be a bunch of copy cat mods coming. And there is going to be some real interesting things to come out this. I think it is possible to make a genuine subway system now.

Lol, so I have been extrapolating Soviet architecture to account for flat terrain in the mega project I'm doing atm where I'm copying a building whose real life location is on a slope, and here you come breaking the rules of the game :D :P :steamhappy:
