how many months until every villager is finished?

Maybe tomorrow or Friday. Have to create scripts to mass convert clothes and Croissant just let me know where the Ambient Occlusion stuff was stored, so I have to rewrite my scripts to bake those into the textures anyway. This is more tedious than hard once the scripts are rewritten since I have to manually extract the textures for each clothing item. That being said, only textures will be included so you'll need the clothes pack to use them once they're released.

I don't know. There aren't many good ones left on GameBanana and I'd prefer to not take stuff from there again. Also, making textures takes much longer than porting packs of villagers. I think Felyne took 3-5 days of work during spare time to recreate.

Surprise! This is what I've been hiding... Next species is still Octopus and current species are still Tiger and Penguin, with suggestions for species being taken. Octopi still delayed so I can work on Halloween stuff, and I'll try to port a lot of clothes and costume textures for Halloween.
