Another issue I've run into is that districts provide "Artificer Jobs" that don't actually do anything

@Mael: Don't know about the BPV Reborn mod, but if this happens every month, build a domicile city district first on the shield world before building any buildings. It's a workaround to stop it for now.

Hey I'm having trouble with the mod. Genesis deletes buildings as soon as they're built is that a bug with this mod or maybe an incompatibility with the BPV Reborn mod I'm using? Please help thanks

every time i unpause the game it says the the "forerunner better this way" how do i fix this to keep using the mod

I think more housing and comfort facilities should be provided for "the dwellings of pioneers". It's at least more than the original version of the game.

@taz447: Yes, the Halo Installation origin does spawn in the Ark. Genesis, however, doesn't spawn in that origin, but you can build that shield world type using forerunner tech.

If you have just one of the origins, say the Halo Installation origin, does it spawn all of the special locations like the Ark and Genesis or not? I tried combing back through the comments but couldn't find a solid answer, so sorry if this has already been answered before.

Hello just got back trying to do halo runs in 4.0, does anyone know how to fix the artificers that make consumers goods? they dont populate the job when I make them in the ecumene origin.

Still going through all the other mods, figured I would come back here. With the other mods added there are 3 of each Huragok, 3 Prometheans, but technically 2 since one of them has the Didact in the ruler photo, and a bunch of portrait sections.

Question, why are the ships separated by forerunner and forerunner construct? They seem exactly the same, except construct is missing a description.

@Lennox: No, I don't. I honestly didn't expect so many requests for legacy versions after 4.0, so I'll make sure to make a legacy version when the next version number comes out.

I don't know if this is a bug, but when I colonize Requiem, it won't let me build anything, and sooner or later it will destabilize.

@victoriousdread07: No, just the technology to activate and use the megastructure in question. However Forerunner tech can be reverse-engineered from debris.

I tried it before and it didn't work well with the ai, so I left it alone. AI empires can still get starting forerunner tech and weapon research if they have one of the forerunner civics.

@force728 in addition to my previous comment, would simply controlling the Ark allow me access to the forerunner technologies as research? And could the same be said for the covenants High Charity?

@force728 Could you add an option to allow AI empires to be able to start with the options we have at the beginning? Tier 2 techs, forerunner techs, or both. Would be easier than trying to chance this empire having the advanced start.

@HexOnDuke: If you have the UI Overhaul Dynamic mod, try resubbing to that mod. I experienced the same problem until I resubscribed. I also tested the mod by itself and I didn't encounter the same crash.

Thanks Force - definitely lumped all those civics together in my head and thought it was just for this mod. That makes complete sense though!

@matt_ryan2: Not sure I follow but, you're talking about the civics in the Covenant mod in combination with this one? Ok, to answer your question, yes it was intended for you to use both and yes, the civics were intended to depict the Didact ruling Jul's Covenant. However, I can see that it can be restrictive if you just want to use the Promethean Warlord civic by itself and I can have the restriction removed in the mod.

As for using promethean civics from both mods together, I wouldn't recommend it since these are standalone mods and I haven't tested mixing civics together like that so you're more likely to have some issues.

Had a question that might just be me being dumb/missing something, but is the Promethean Warlord civic supposed to locked behind Didact's Hand? Feel like that should be separate from the Covenant Remnants, and you can't use both Promethean civics in one empire with Knights being locked behind gestalt machines (but still have Didact portrait for the Prometheans)- unless it's just supposed to depict the Didact ruling the Covenant Remnants and I'm looking at it wrong.

@VLADER: It may be from another mod because I didn't see any error pop up events when I checked. You can try resubscribing so the mod can be re-download again.

Are the 'construct sentinels/mechanical prometheans' decisions from pre-4.0? The description reads that they build 5 pops when I feel like you should get at least 100 pops for 1k energy 2k minerals
