Unfortunately, I don't think so. I might be mistaken, but if I remember correctly, those mods completely overrides the weapon skins themselves

I've seen some "TLS RNG skins" addons over the workshop

@d- Depends. They are unique skins introduced in the Last Stand update. The AK for example can only be found in the Last Stand's finale in the tower. Rusty weapons and the dirty hunting rifle can be found in Heavy Rain. A bloody M16 can be found on Bill's body in The Passing's finale. I just wanted to make them a bit more obvious in game.

Yep, I have it downloaded! It looks really nice! I'm also using a texture mod that gives the Pump Shotgun lighter wooden parts.
