I seem to have found some problems with this mod: for some reason the rig sinks into the map when completed, making connecting roads and pipelines difficult or impossible. The other is that on the off chance that the rig doesn't sink into the map and build correctly, half the times it keeps saying it has no power, even if there is a substation right next to it. Maybe its the map, but I just felt you should be aware.

Would it be possible to make this as a port so boats could load oil and unload people like on real off shore plataforms, the limited range make this quite useless for most of the maps
And as for energy most platforms are self sufficient since they are siting on a ton of fuel with limited access to land

Can you make these for Transport Fever 2?!? Dying for this on that game.

I think you can make one with low voltage connection to make it really be far away from coastline.
Or maybe one oil platform combined with pumping harbor and power plant.

I have huge problems to connect pipes, no matter what i have a hill obstruction issue despite a large flat terrain, any idea what's going wrong ? (i'm trying to use the "mine" one)

The model will sink to the bottom of the water after it is built and that is why I put a warning in the description about putting it in deep water.

after building it the model dissapears and there is only small one instead. While building it looked normal

Before you place the off shore platform use the mouse wheel to rotate the end connector around. It is 250m away from the main platform and that part should be placed on land.

See the first picture linked in the mod window above. On the far right is the connector that you can build pipes from.

OK. This is amazing! But 2 things!
1. How do you unload the offshore platform? I could not do it.
2. Platform with the shore connection is so good that I will be using it any time I have off shore oil on the map. I know we don't need the oil for this but I would like to keep it realistic.
