Not sure if this was intended or not, but the Vigilkeeper longbow is categorized as a Greatspear? So it's not proccing any of the bow abilities, like the general skill that removes minimum range on bows.

All issues should be solved now the mod has gone under a rework. I added images for all tiers, balance and new skills revision.

great mods. I am not sure if it's because of this one (but all characters with this problem have artifact scarfs). Characters look normal on the overland window, but in combat they are bald. No hair. Changing hair appearance has no effect.

Love the concept but completely broke my favorite archer and continually reactivates itself no matter how many times I disable it. Having to unsubscribe it just because of the sheer hassle of disabling it every ten seconds for my current campaign

Vigilkeeper does not seem to work at all. Whoever has it equipped cannot attack.

Update:
-Stunt damage reduced (stunts are a way to implement debuff or trigger spirits):
1 extra damage onehand weapons (instead of tier scaling from 1)
2 extra damage twohand weapons (instead of tier scaling from 1)
1 extra damage artifact weapons (same as vanilla).
Rapiers do +2 stunt damage.

I saw you say that ambush works on all artifact bows, but my ranger that already has ambush has vigilkeeper (because that's a lot of damage) and when I upgraded to lvl 2 bow ambush doesn't trigger properly. I would assume it's caused by the ranger already having the ability and it conflicting somehow but I don't know for sure.

yes, teh attak works, the discription of the attak only shoes the path were the discribtion whould be like '' ForestSpear_AttaKDescription'' or soemthing like this.

Forest Spear attack works fine for me, it's an attack that creates a Tree on kill and have Leaf spirit.

Yes i may use inspiration aura combined with the particles that i added if i can control them, its crazy, i just can not make them do what i want them to do, its like they are alive.

p.s, maybe you can use the inspiration abillity aura and just alter the visuals? becuase that is a rather good visual feedback.

now that im thinking about it: maybe just a tooltip whould do the trick. its mroe about not knowing how auras work than its a problem how they work.

With attacks/damage that can hit your characters you get a very big warning that you have to close (not with guardian). With auras that add bonus/penalties not, thats why i added images to them. I'm working on auras right now to make them visualy better.

about the auras: the hit friends and foe alike, either write a infomassage somwhere or change it.
because using frosty things enarly killed my group,..again :P

Strongbow attack fixed.
Trough Shot fixed for all ranged artifacts.
Ambush now works with all ranged artifacts (messiah was missing).

The categories and Subcategories of weapons are changed cause the new weapons added. For example Rapier is category Daggers now with a Subcategory Specialist or something like that. That allows me to use the category Rapier now for 2 new kinds of weapons.

You only see tha changes (wrong categories) in grey if you use devMode. Categories don't do anything during combat, they are only used to group weapons in crafting skills.

If you dont use devMode, you should only see subcategories like Specialist, Heavy, Balanced (not "wrong categories" like greatspear to the longbows).

Thanks for the mod! One issue though, Vigilkeeper has the wrong subcategory in the respective .json files making it act like a greatspear. Removing the whole line fixes it though

Yes mods updated (if steam updates them, sometimes you need to unsubscribe and subscribe again for a mod be actualized) they aply to current games.

Sorry to double comment, but I should add that Shieldshear still works, it seems to be the actual weapon abilities that don't have the range. Your mods are incredible btw!

Not sure if it's from Expanded Weapons or this mod, but I can no longer attack with my Minotaur Axe. The game seems to think I'm out of range even when directly adjacent. The range still looks correct in the gear stats screen though. The rest of the weapons and the few other artifacts I tested seemed to work well.

Is it possible to make all artifacts persist?
Though, the best would to pick as much artifacts as the promote lvl the hero has.
But that may be hard to code(

Does this mod require expanded weapons and expanded off hands or is it only recommended?
