Not working for 3.2 :( AI and player can build any number they want...

Pretty sure that they just can't build more. Let me know if you find out though. I definitely didn't write anything in about having habitats get dismantled.

A question: if an empire builds up a habitat, then loses enough systems to not be eligible to build more of them, are previous habitats dismantled or does it remain and they simply can't build more?

I assume that it's that they can't build more and get to keep the built habitats, but I figured I'd ask.

This will stop AI from building habitats if they're at their cap. Also yes void dweller cap and starting amount is higher, I dont remember how much higher off the top of my head but its double if I recall correctly. It's 16 star systems per extra habitat.

This is a really cool little mod. I'd love to see the cap tied to the starbase cap, would that be possible at all?

Is the description supposed to cut off like that? I just see:

Max Habitat Cap to prevent late game lag. Should've been done by the devs instead of me. Starbases have a cap, so should habitats.

Anyhow it's start with 2 per empire, up to a max of 7 habitats a...

Does this prevent construction or colonization? In my games the AI constantly fills their systems with empty habitats they never colonize. Will this prevent them from building more than 1 per 16?

It now has been updated to work with the necroids patch if I uploaded it correctly yes. The limit is increased by 1 habitat per 16 owned star systems to a max of 112 (hard cap of 7).
