I would like to amplify the requests to get this fishing automation mod back up and running, please. If you need help getting that author to work with you, I'm happy to go honk my horn at him a few times. If you decide to go with a different fork of colony manager, please let us know so that we can get balls (or heads) rolling.

Colony manager currently isn't updated for 1.5, so I can't update this mod.

It does work. Check mod dependencies and load order.
I am playing with this mod right now and it causes no problems for me. Do you have an error log for me to look into?
I haven't tested it yet, because Colony Manager wasn't working with 1.3.
Now that Colony Manager has been updated I will update this mod soon, probably this weekend.

I'm playing with more than 300 mods myself and haven't seen any problems with colony manager's stockpile discovery. Keep us posted if you find out what causes your issues.
I guess I will have to wait for that for a while longer.
