It is indeed tied to him being Elder from what i've seen so far of vanilla. Basically, from Pup to Elder, the chance that it play with limb decrease, till it just do not play with them. At most it will just pick one, and eat it on the spot, nothing more. As an Older Dog find play boring, but a young one will want to play too much.

I downloaded it it seems to work but now my bonedog apollo dosen't pick up loose limbs or plays with them i don't know if theres an interference with the bonedog backpack mod or if haves anything in relation that my bonedog is now elder.. anways i will unsuscribe hopefuly Apollo will be back to normal

could you make a mod so they dont eat corpses when they arent hungy? its pissing me off

I love that your mod makes my calcium-stick doge's more effective in battles with bandit spam but still retain their doggo playfulness for the after-party.
