I don't normally critique things however in this case I would strongly suggest you replace the large checkerboad patterns with terrain textures if only because A. it honestly looks more like missing textures then anything else: B. for me at least it is very unplesent to look at huge swathes of checkerboard pattern where it seems like there should be some sort of terrain instead: and finally C. it really leaves the maps that do that sort of thing with a very unfinished look and it really does seem to take away from and cheepen everything else; in my opinion.

@Miles Prower: I appreciate the thought, but the main reason I made these maps was for practice making a map from scratch, that includes not using existing assets.

I hate to seem like i'm advertising, but i've messed with some of the files for Generations and have found a few pieces such as the Megadrive, Stardust Speedway's roadpieces, lampposts (A whopping 227 different pieces and 2 models for the floating part that Metal Sonic breaks), and whatnot. If you can get those yourself, fine by me, but thought i'd offer since i'm not exactly experienced in map making, but decent at ripping the parts from Generations.

Sneaky guy, hiding your own texture with credits in a secret room you have to noclip to enter. Very clever, never found it back when you first released this map that until today. :3
