We made it for my server, but when I publish the maps we use on workshop its for everyone to use regardless if its under my community or not.

No they should work without. If you have any problems I suggest reinstalling the addon.

Do you need additional addons for this map? It's just that I don't have trees, there are no half steps in the bank and there is no model for the doors from the safe

The fog is different, the nexus building is there. The police station was moved and the entire map received textures from the evo v33x.

Hey, the only next to scary thing you will encounter on this map is "The Grudge" like sounds coming from the map sometimes.
