After you finish all research in the technical university all universities (including party headquarters) are equivalent, they simply educate people. I make many buildings so that you can diversify your cities :) Universities weren't standardised in Poland so building the same technical university in all cities looks strange :)

This building looks dark like other buildings from the 50s, they represent the socialist realism style.

Untill the developer refusses to upgrade the "Research" tree more university seam to be not necessary but I really like your work. Looks very dark.

All research in the technical university is usually completed in the first year of its existence, so I'd hardly think of the research as the main purpose of universities. They are supposed to provide university education and that's what this building does.

Interesting, but till we do not have any development in medical universtites like "X-Rays" or "Antibiotics" dowe need different universities? Don't get me wrong I like the MOD but I don't see the point of building without development.
