I deleted the mods in Steam then restarted Steam and reinstalled the mods

The same mod Load Order was set in the game as in the first attempt and a test game was started

and it worked.

But...
YutanCommonQuest_GUI.xml calls the sentence %ExampleQuestYutan-C1Objct.
The linked Localization[YutanCommonQuest].xml says %ExampleQuestYutan-C1Objct.

Since you are calling a sentence that is misspelled correctly, I think the cause of the bug for a particular person is elsewhere.

I have solved it. In YutanCommonQuest_GUI.xml and Localization[YutanCommonQuest].xml, check all phrases like ExampleQuestYutan-C1Object and ExampleQuestYutan-C2Object. Change all "objct" into "object". It's just a typo problem.
