If you are going for difficulty, maybe just add more enemies instead of making them all damage sponges. If we can still fight them the fun way but have to be careful not to let them surround us then we have the best of both worlds.

That is the difficulty "normal", it will not be easier in the next parts, but even more difficult.
Let me tell you, the level can be finished, otherwise I couldn't upload it here either.
You need to know how to help yourself, if it's too dark, use the lights you can find on the map to navigate the dark ventilation shafts.

Okay I managed to beat it. Found a way to bypass the massive health of the enemies by just attacking their legs, not really a fun way to fight but it works. Since these are zombies you would think headshots would be the way to kill them but nope, the legs are their weak points.

Enemies have too much health after the first section, even the machine gun doesn't kill the later ones, just slows them down. The other weapons you can find around are utterly useless. Also the part where you crawl through a small tunnel should have something in the tunnel so we can tell where we are going, it just looks like pure darkness currently.
