how fix the energy balls exploding in the room?

@doofdrew, there's three switches in the room with the energy balls in the lower part of the map. When all of them are off the lights turn off

How do you exactly turn the lights off?

The levers by the door control the airlock, I'm open to suggestions on changing how to use it, that's the best I could do at the moment.
