can you make a car mod where it's just the Delorean?

when you press c and try to change the skins you get like 3 options and painting the car dont llook right eiher does the color or material tool. is there a skin pack or at least a paint pack

Whenever I hit 88 mph in the DeLorean, I keep seeing some serious s***. It's only when I'm in that particular car though, is something wrong with the mod??????
