ahh i did with twi too, so then server was modded, cuz people can bypass like almost anything, even custom weapons that grant XP gain

so ig whatever server i joined didn't care, but i joined a tripwire official one and it kicked me out after buying it. idk thank twi

doesn't seem to be the case for me, i tried:
1) sub to mod, move crap to published and it kicks me out upon buying thy weapon
2) unsub but still have files, still kicks me out upon buying thy weapon
also my cache was freshly deleted after unsubing, so no new files
i guess u got that lucky ahh bug that i just made tf even tho it might not be bug but it might

i know one, that if you have files that say you can't play online
upon seeing that message game sometimes tries to remove those files and replace with OG
so i actually got in the game with modified files one singular time lol

I was able to get the mod working online if you install it in the game files at \killingfloor2\KFGame\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons instead of cache. (I haven't tested it in cache)

that or tripwire changed restrictions since the last comment/creation.

sadly no, i'm replacing original mesh with modded one and game doesn't like when original data is being modified so it straight kicks you out of the game. Skins are fine and some other assets are able to be replaced but not the weapons, unless i'm not knowing something

that never happened to me doe, what kind of disappear happens and then and how and at what angle of degree and what place and what map and what ok whatever......... well gun never disappeared to me, but if so i'll invest some time into this
