@Joellis sorry for responding so late but it's because it's only compatible with retextures. That mod isn't a retexture, as new stuff is added on such as the tie and jacket as a whole too.

Came back here with an update: Yes, it only affects the head so if you use another reskin for Coach...

IT WORKS!

Currently using it with this mod: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=129835807 .

No conflicts happened so far with any other mods I had.

They conflict because they add the same TF2 lightwarp texture. I don't think it should cause any problems though
