NB: there was a slight buggy situation with the construction materials defined for the longer versions that would bring CO-led constructions to a halt. I fixed it.

The title in Russian says the *4-section* building has 126 apartments.
I made a 1-,3-, and 5-sections. The 1-section hosts 99 adults, the others are proportional.
Compared to the actual plans of the apartments, 99 adults per section is rather generous.

В названии на русском языке написано, что в 4-секционном доме 126 квартир.
Я сделал 1-, 3- и 5-секционные. 1 секция вмещает 99 взрослых, остальные пропорциональны.
По сравнению с реальными планами квартир, 99 взрослых в каждой секции довольно щедры.
