I have no idea how else i could help you, maybe there is something wrong with your instalation, reinstalling the game might help, trying the instalation a few times might help... I seriously don't know what else to do.

There are several options on how to get it:
1) join the oficial Brick rigs discord server a d ask for help
2) find my other ship: MOS Unbridled, and read it's comment section, there is a howto
3) try it from youtube videos

While possible, i probably couldn't do it well, it would just lack stability, coz let's face it, silent mary doesn't work, even in the movies, it's just wrong. Disney milks it to it's limits, PotC has to go so hard for the spectacle that you have to really turn off your brain while watching it
