You have to import mod and survival assets using the Asset Importer.

Hey there, i downloaded your 5U tiles and made a little world with it. When i load it, everything is there besides the tracks. Do i have to manualy put the tracks in or is it a bug? If it is a bug, how can i fix it to have the tracks in?

If you do not see the water, you may need to import survival assets. If your problem is the lack of buoyancy, that's the developers fault.
