The script can be found inside the file named Pak01_dir.vpk. You need a specific aplication to open or extract it. You need notepad to edit the script. I recommend using notepad++. Using that making things more organize. For gunshot, well... I mostly record or cut from some video then, I edit the sound again to make sure can be heard and used.
