I FINALLY found out how to fix it, you need to spawn in the quickterrain.

I downloaded but nothing showed up other than the decoration I am from the area of chattanooga and really wanna see the map! Please help!

i love the route but the quick terrain doesnt work

Jeri_, thanks for checking it out. I have been talking with the developer about getting this working.

Have you gone to the C:\ drawer, and chosen the QuickTerrain tab at the top? You should see the terrain in there, as it was packaged with the layout.

The quick terrain isn't built in when I load it, not sure if its an issue on my end or yours
