Weird this exact unit is in Radious Total War mod and LITERALLY fight to the last man! And they look almost exactly the same.

nah i switch between them when i feel like using one or the other. All my mods work with both, as i use them, and use both every now and then :D

It's not? i used rush once and this mod and it works fine from what i see. The stats are weird though. But hey whateves i use veni vidi and dei now so idk.

actually carthage had sacred band cores obsiouly sacred band was what the greeks named them like they called the thebans but anyway the sacred band is a royal guard the kings guard and they were cores they would fight with either sword or spear or on ship what ever carthage requested they would do they were professnail soliders since birth raised since they could first walk to become a warrior for carthage and nothing more any questions just ask and ill anwser.

@Athenian12 - the sacred band fought as hoplite's and swordsmen, depends on the timezone. later years they were bladesmen, early on they were spearmen. I just like swords better i guess :D
