Thank you! Yeah maybe I can do Mr. Miyagi's dojo one day. I think La Russo's mansion will be difficult to copy because of the lack of reference images.

love all the assets you made for this but i would love to see you add Mr Miyagi's home and Larusso's mansion to complete the set. I like that i can mix all different movie and tv universes together.

Yesss... we so badly need more stores, shops, and such like this in general that lack parking spots so we can make our own. So many nice assets for us to make shopping centers, malls, or just random shops but so many ruin it by tacking on parking spots that ruin any attempt to make our own... thanks for being one to leave such out, gods I so want more assets like this.

the store signs are epic!

@79miles you are breaking my heart xD
I won't do an extra version, but you can do it yourself. just go to asset editor. load this asset. go to sub-meshes. delete "signs". save the new asset (maybe change the name).
Just to be sure: you are not allowed to publish the modified asset.

Can I get this without store signs?

Hahahahaha thanks. Don’t worry Mr. Miyagi, Kreese is the one who cares about wars, not me. :steamhappy:

Dude, YES! Fantastic work. Loving the assets you're making. They fit right in in my CS version of the San Fernando Valley and Hollywood area. Thank you.
