This is a skin mod, not a weapon mod.

In short, mods for weapons that are added to the game only work for the bot, but for the players do not?

I would suggest a musket with a percussion system, such as the Springfield 1861 or P53 Enfield. They used French muskets converted to percussion (and some other countries' stuff like the US), however, I have yet to make such ones.

Check out the skin poll, Victorian Ottomans make an appearance - who knows, maybe it'll be the winner. If you're talking about WWI-era Ottomans, you could always use the pack on the Workshop at the moment until Spades and I get to them for RF1. Though we're still on Germany and the U.S. for now on that pack. Very glad you enjoy them!
