Like I just said, this is modified for roleplay servers. It's been modified so you don't have unlimited boots and can spam the shouting. It's for roleplay purposes. You have 2 boots because in real life you have 2 feet so in a roleplay server you should only be able to throw 2 shoes, not unlimited. There's a cooldown timer on the shouting so it cannot be spammed for roleplay servers because it's annoying. It's pretty simple to understand.

Use the original angry hobo swep then. This one is modified for roleplay servers.

i see, i pretty much figured that would be the case otherwise this would be spamed constantly on dark rp servers that have the original.

i like the original one better but i use the orginal one on sandbox for s&g's. But i guess this is better if you have minging spammers on your sever
