It adds Gor and Bestigor infantry to fill out the roster, so the infantry-heavy faction has, well, infantry. The units added are:

Gor Spears with Shields
Gor Greataxes
Bestigor Halberds
Bestigor Axes With Shields
Bestigor Dual Axes
