It could be the lod model, a lower quality duplicate of the original, that shows up from far away to improve performance. What you can do about this, is to get ultimate level of detail, and change the distance for lod of buildings

@karabinier @Dying you can also copy them to the C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets folder and it you won't have to worry about anything, just unsub this asset

@karabinier As long as you don't let Steam check your whole game files, everything will be fine. The folder will just be updated, if this asset itself get's an update.

@all: You can delete a few in workshop folder or just deselect in game before loading a map, if you do not want to load all of them.

To get in useful according your needs (office, commercial...), use the very well working Ploppable Rico Revisited: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2016920607 .

Would be nice to get these individually or in smaller packages since 48 MB is quite big or are the textures shared so loading screen mod can cut down the memory usage?
