Im not sure how would that work since, sadly the adrenaline it self is like really too fast and you wouldn't get any animations to show that out, only inject yourself and thats it, while the stim the other hand doesn't have any other animations other than injecting yourself with it and throw, no idles, no draw, nothing just those, i would have to see first how would it turn out to be first and workaround with it.
